All puppies are AKC OR APRI Registered and come with a vaccination record.  They are groomed and Vet checked before shipping.   No puppies are sold in litter lots or to pet stores.  They also come with a nice portfolio of information which includes AKC papers, health record, information on raising a new puppy, a toy, and a starter food supply.

                                                       

 

       Shipping:  Puppies are shipped on a direct flight from Houston to a major airport in you area.  I ship Continental Airlines, because they are set up for pets and have a direct flight to most major airports.  Shipping is done through Continental's Quick Pack Counter.  The cost, including carrier, is $300.00 to $350.00, and must be paid in full prior to shipping.  Another option is to pick up the puppy in person and return it with you on the plane.
                                                          

                                                                                               

Deposit Policy:  Please consider all aspects of bringing a new puppy into your home before you place a deposit.   By placing a deposit, you are making a serious commitment to give a permanent and loving home to one of our puppies.  Once a deposit is made on a puppy which has been born, it is not refundable.  We will, however, refund a deposit which is placed on an "upcoming litter" if a puppy is not born meeting your gender and/or color preference.  A deposit in the amount of 1/2 the selling price is required to hold a puppy which has been born.  A deposit of $200 will reserve a puppy expected from an upcoming litter.  Payment for deposit may be made by Paypal, money order or cashiers check.  Final payment must be made by Paypal, cash, cashier's check, or money order.  All puppies must be paid for in full before they are shipped.

A new puppy purchase is a very exciting, positive experience for all family members.  In order to promote a healthy transition for your new puppy, it is important that you thoroughly read the below Sales Agreement.  Please ask for clarification if you have any questions.

To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of sale.  The customer has a general health guarantee until 9:00 pm on ____________ during which time he can have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.  If the veterinarian discovers anything seriously wrong with the puppy, it can be returned for a refund of the purchase price or exchanged for another puppy of equal value, provided the puppy is returned within the guarantee period and is accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound.  Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the purchaser.    In addition to the general health guarantee described above, seller provides a one-year guarantee against certain genetic defects.  Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the Breeder will refund or replace the puppy, at breeder’s discretion, limited to one year from purchase date.  Should the puppy die from a suspected genetic defect, an autopsy must be performed to determine cause of death.  Such an autopsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures, such as A & M University .   Any request for refund for the pup must be accompanied either by 1) a statement from a Veterinarian stating the nature of the genetic defect, and in what way the defect is life threatening, or 2) an autopsy report describing the genetic defect that caused the death.  There is no guarantee against retained testicles or umbilical hernias.   No warranty or guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show quality, breeding quality, or breedability of any puppy.  All warranties are null and void if a puppy’s illness is caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. Seller is in no way responsible for any veterinarian, medical, shipping, or other expenses incurred for any reason whatsoever.   Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy. You should consult your veterinarian to determine when your puppy should have subsequent vaccinations and worming.  Along with the puppy records, you have been provided several days’ supply of the food the puppy is currently eating.  Continue to feed the puppy only the food provided to you for a few days, until he is settled into his new environment.  If you plan to change his food, mix 1/2 of the food provided with 1/2 of the new food for 2-3 days, and then change to the new food completely.  If you change his/her food rapidly (without an adjustment period), the puppy is likely to get diarrhea.  Keep your puppy warm and dry, and do not feed him milk, table scraps, bones, or rawhide.

Under most circumstances, puppies are sold on Limited Registration.  This means that your puppy qualifies for AKC Registration, but no litters produced by him/or are eligible for AKC registration.  It also means that the dog shall be ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. It is eligible, however, to be entered in any other licensed or member event, such as Agility, Obedience, etc.  The determination whether to Limit Registration or not will be considered on a case by case basis, and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to signing of Sales Agreement.  If Limited Registration is deemed appropriate, it will be so indicated on the Registration Application.
